Leadership at Home
SI and its partner, CCUE I.A.P. (Mexico) are collaborating to launch a project designed for parents, introducing them to the principles of Nonviolence and constructive leadership, while offering practical tools to better understand and transform everyday family conflicts. Parents will be guided to reflect on their own values, strengthen their leadership, and adopt habits that foster trust, respect and harmony at home. The project seeks to empower parents as role models of peace, creating a ripple effect that extends to schools, neighborhoods, and the broader community.

SATYAGRAHA INSTITUTE AT THE WORLD SUMMIT OF NOBEL PEACE LAUREATES
From September 17th-20th, 2024, a delegation of SI alumni attended the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates in Monterrey, Mexico. Listening to the stories and ideas of Nobel Peace Laureates and experts in several areas that relate to peace was inspiring and enriching. 7 SI delegates from across Mexico gathered to learn, discover and reinforce their commitment to peace; we were fortunate to meet with 4 more past participants in the host city and with some of our partners, such as the World House Project (USA) and the Gandhi Foundation (South Africa).
